Grace van Til

Grace van Til serves as Executive Vice President, Technology and Operations at HUB and serves as a member of the Executive Management Team. She oversees HUB's technology and operations function spanning cybersecurity, governance, risk and compliance, infrastructure, enterprise applications, data and analytics, software development, AI and automation, digital and M&A integration.

Since joining HUB in 2018, van Til has scaled the technology functions to support and enable HUB's growth strategy. Her career has been defined by operational and product leadership at scale inside private equity-backed, high-growth enterprise technology companies in regulated environments. At Finastra, she led global service delivery and operations for more than 1,000 employees across 45 countries, serving banks in over 125 markets with full P&L accountability. At SumTotal Systems, she built a 24x7 global support organization serving 3,500 enterprise customers while simultaneously leading post-acquisition integration. Earlier, at Accero, she participated directly in a private equity carve-out performing due diligence, data center migration and the full operationalization of an independent company. Her earlier career at Hewitt Associates, Deloitte Consulting and Outcome Health established a foundation in building software, enterprise technology services, ERP implementation and customer operations across regulated industries including financial services, healthcare and human capital management.

van Til brings more than 25 years of experience translating complex, global technology and operations into measurable business performance with a particular focus on integration, P&L ownership and building operational excellence in high-growth environments. She holds a B.S. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
