Amy Halliburton

Amy Halliburton serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at HUB. Halliburton is the senior executive responsible for shaping HUB's people strategy, organizational culture and workforce capabilities across the enterprise. She also serves as a member of the Executive Management Team.

Halliburton brings 30 years of human resources experience across a broad range of industries to her role. Her career reflects a deep commitment to building high-performing organizations, developing talent and aligning people strategy with business outcomes.

Prior to joining HUB, Halliburton held senior-level human resources roles at Aon and Gallagher where she deepened her expertise in the complex talent and workforce dynamics unique to insurance brokerages. Earlier in her career, she served as a human capital consultant at Sibson & Company, advising organizations on workforce strategy and organizational effectiveness and has also held positions across all facets of HR at Case New Holland, Abbott Laboratories and Williams, gaining broad exposure to large, complex and highly regulated industries.

Since joining HUB three years ago, Halliburton has made a significant impact on the organization's human resources function. She has centralized key HR operations to drive consistency and efficiency, launched enterprise-wide initiatives to deliver a world-class employee experience and made targeted investments in learning and development to strengthen the capabilities of HUB's workforce. Her work is helping to build a more cohesive, engaged and future-ready organization.

Halliburton holds a Bachelor of Arts from Washington University in St. Louis.
