Meet the Team
Marc I. Cohen is President and Chief Executive Officer of HUB International and is a member of its Board of Directors and the Executive Management Team.
Joe Hyde, Chief Financial Officer of HUB, serves on the Executive Management Team. He brings an extensive financial and operational management background to the organization.
Trey Biggs serves as HUB’s Chief Sales Officer and President, U.S. West, and serves as a member of the Executive Management Team.
Tina Osen serves as President of HUB Canada, the largest insurance broker in the country. She is also a member of the Executive Management Team.
Jack McGrath serves as President of HUB Pacific and is a member of the company’s Executive Management Team. His responsibilities also include oversight of the Employee Benefits and Retirement and Private Wealth operations.
Charles J. Brophy is the U.S. East Regional President of HUB, providing leadership across the New England, New York, Pennsylvania and Mid Atlantic territories. He also serves as a member of the Executive Management Team.
Mike Chapman is President of HUB South and HUB Central. He also serves on the Executive Management Team.
Grace van Til serves as Executive Vice President, Technology and Operations at HUB and serves as a member of the Executive Management Team.
Amy Halliburton serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at HUB. Halliburton is the senior executive responsible for shaping HUB's people strategy, organizational culture and workforce capabilities across the enterprise. She also serves as a member of the Executive Management Team.
John Albright is HUB’s Chief Legal Officer and a member of the Executive Management Team.
Ellina Shinnick serves as a member of the Executive Management Team and is Chief Marketing Officer for HUB. She also serves as a member of the Executive Management Team.
Clark Wormer is Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for HUB and serves as a member of the Executive Management Team reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
Rob Hartman serves as Executive Vice President of Strategic Client Service Operations and is a member of the Executive Management Team. He leads HUB’s Field Operations team and oversees client data strategies.
