Tina Osen

Tina Osen serves as President of HUB Canada, the largest insurance broker in the country. She is also a member of the Executive Management Team.

As President of HUB’s Canadian operations, Osen is responsible for six regional hubs, as well as HUB Financial and Specialty Program Group Canada.

A recognized leader and innovator who has championed employee empowerment, customer service and community investment, Osen has 30 years of experience in the insurance sector. Prior to her role as President of HUB Canada, Osen was CEO of HUB’s Greater Vancouver region.

Osen is the Chair of Thrive Youth Development Canada and Chair of the Member Advisory Group of Nature Force, an action-oriented climate resilience initiative. Osen is a former Chapter Chair for the Young Presidents Organization in Vancouver, and a past Director on the Vancouver Board of Trade. Osen has been recognized by the Global 100, which acknowledges the 100 most influential insurance professionals worldwide shaping the future of insurance. Osen has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Women in Canada by the Women’s Executive Network and is a past mentor with the Women’s Executive Network’s Top 100 Mentoring Program. She is a recipient of the 2016 Wendy McDonald Diversity Award by the Vancouver Board of Trade and was named Salute BC’s 2016 Insurance Person of the Year.

Under Osen and her team’s leadership, HUB has been actively involved in supporting multiple charitable causes.
