Dwight Andrus Insurance, a division of HUB International Gulf South, was founded in 1945 in Lafayette, Louisiana and joined HUB International in March of 2023. We are a full-service agency providing property and casualty insurance, surety and bonding, and employee benefit plans. We are dedicated to making insurance easier by providing clients with all of the coverage, services, and personalized attention they need and deserve. Our team utilizes tenured market relationships and expertise to provide custom business and personal insurance solutions.
Following the founding of Dwight Andrus Insurance in 1945, we grew to become one of the largest locally owned insurance agencies in Louisiana and expanded by adding branch offices in Crowley, Eunice, Kaplan, Rayne, and Shreveport, Louisiana. The Shreveport, LA affiliate office was established in 2020. In recent years, Dwight Andrus Insurance received numerous Industry accolades, including Big "I" Best Practices Agency.
