The team working from our Franklin, KY office location offers unique expertise in managing insurance plans for various state-wide assocations. Working with every county across the Commonwealth of Kentucky, we design and implement association plans for employee benefits and commerical insurance. As a plan administrator for several associations, we support thousands of municipal/county employees, educational organizations, and nonprofits. Our broader Kentucky-based team operates from seven regional offices, offering innovative risk management and insurance solutions for our clients. Peel & Holland was founded in Benton, Kentucky in 1924 by Dwight Peel to serve local families and farmers. Peel was joined by partner Woodrow Holland in the late 1940’s. R.C. Riley, joined the company in 1965 and led the agency’s significant expansion until his retirement in 2005. R.C. was instrumental in expanding Peel & Holland’s scope of services as well as its geographic reach. Serving as the president of the Independent Insurance Agents of America, R.C. helped lead the insurance industry to meet the changing and growing demand for sound risk management practices. In the 1990’s, Peel & Holland founded its Employee Benefits and Public Entity divisions. These strategic offerings rounded out the services that clients still receive today.
In recent years, Peel & Holland received numerous Industry accolades including #1 Best Places to Work in Kentucky, Insurance Business America Top Insurance Employers, and Big I Best Practices Agency.
